Most of the ones that cause severe weight loss are fatal. I have a hunch you are thinking of trying to get some disease as an "easy" way to lose weight. Trust me, it's not worth it.

Have you had your thyroid checked? The two kinds of thyroid problems are hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism.
Hyperthyroidism is the medical term to describe the signs and symptoms associated with an over production of thyroid hormone. This condition will cause fatigue and cause weight loss.
Hypothyroidism is a condition in which the body lacks sufficient thyroid hormone. This condition can also cause fatigue but causes weight gain.
I personally have hypo and have to take one pill a day. Your doctor can easily check just by taking some blood.
I hope you find out the answers you are looking for. I definitely know how you feel when you know something is wrong but can't figure out what. I'll keep my fingers crossed you find out what's wrong.

Almost ANYTHING can cause weight loss. Gastroenterological disorders include: Inflammatory Bowel disease (Chrons and ulcerative colitis), celiac disease, bowel obstruction, gastroparesis. Endrocrine disorders such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism, Addison's disease, hyperparathyroidism.
System disorders such as Lupus, Scleroderma and Multiple Sclerosis, grave's disease (an autoimmune disorder affecting the thyroid) all types of cancer and AIDS, depression.....
It is difficult to pinpoint without further symptoms.

Making dietary changes is your first line of defense in treating hypothyroidism. Learn here https://tr.im/3UT25
Many people with hypothyroidism experience crippling fatigue and brain fog, which prompts reaching for non-nutritional forms of energy like sugar and caffeine. I’ve dubbed these rascals the terrible twosome, as they can burn out your thyroid (and destabilize blood sugar).
1. Just say no to the dietary bungee cord. Greatly reduce or eliminate caffeine and sugar, including refined carbohydrates like flour, which the body treats like sugar. Make grain-based carbohydrates lesser of a focus, eating non-starchy vegetables to your heart’s content.
2. Up the protein. Protein transports thyroid hormone to all your tissues and enjoying it at each meal can help normalize thyroid function. Proteins include nuts and nut butters; quinoa; hormone- and antibiotic-free animal products (organic, grass-fed meats, eggs, and sustainably-farmed fish); and legumes.

My sister had grave's disease and she lost a LOT of weight quickly. She lived in Florida and I hadn't seen her since she had gotten sick and when I first laid eyes on her I thought she was dying. It has something to do with your thyroid.

Diabetes. I recently had a friend who died as a result of diabetes, and had lost a lot of weight when he had it. Unfortunately, he didn't take good care of himself, and that was the result.

Cancer and Aids both do. There are probably more but those are the two leading ones.
