Well mine is a lil tricky. lol. We were best friends for two yrs. In front of everyone, we were just close friends. After going out and drinking a lil, we would sleep together. lol. That happened alot during the two yrs. (I had just turned 21 when we first became friends so I went out alot. lol.) Well he is totally not my type. I'm a city girl all the way. I love shopping, jewelry & sushi. Everything that ppl in the city enjoy. And a big computer nut. Well he's a cowboy. And a really dorky one at that. lol. Well I spent 7 months having a boyfriend (yes the sleeping together stopped during that time.) And after us breaking up, I was really upset. So I went to my best friend for comfort. I just wanted to be in the arms of some one I knew loved me. Corny, I know. Well next thing I knew I'm thinking about him totally differently. We've been together over 6 months now, and we're both very happy. We have nothing in common and completely different interests. But some how its working out great. Infact we're working on getting a house together right now. I guess what really attracted me to him is the fact that he is one of the sweetest guys ever. He does everything he can to make me happy. And listens to me whenever I need to talk. He's very understanding. I guess the best way to put it, is how my dad said it "he's not all that smart when it comes to computers, but he's a genius when it comes to matters of the heart."

I know this is pathetic, but I was first attracted to my husband's stature. He was 6'4 and weighed about 220. I think it was love at first sight. As the more I got to know him, I realized how much I loved his personality and his family. Now we have two beautiful children together and people look at us like an odd couple because I'm only 4'11. I don't care because I couldn't ask for a better man.

Well if we are going to be honest. His looks, he is just so hot. But what kept us together was the fact that we get along perfectly, we share the same interests, and we can tell each other everything.

I fell in love with his picture on the basement buddies website, then I talked to him and fell in love with his personality, then we met in person, and have been together for almost 2 years come this August. I moved to kansas to be with him, and now we are going back to Tennessee.

What attracted me to my guy was that he was sweet and caring and didn't care what stupid thing I had to say he would still listen and he gives me my privacy.
