Im 14 and weigh 184 ive been on a diet for almost a montth now and i have lost about 20 to 23 pounds during this time. i want to weigh about 125 to 140 by the end of July because i am going on vacation and i feel like im not happy with my self. i always were big hoodies to cover up my fat. do you think i can do this lose about 50 to 60 pounds in like a few months?
i have great will power and i maintian what i eat evry day. i excersise alot too. i run, jump rope, gymnastics, exc. help me please?
