Im 14 and weigh 184 ive been on a diet for almost a montth now and i have lost about 20 to 23 pounds during this time. i want to weigh about 125 to 140 by the end of July because i am going on vacation and i feel like im not happy with my self. i always were big hoodies to cover up my fat. do you think i can do this lose about 50 to 60 pounds in like a few months?
i have great will power and i maintian what i eat evry day. i excersise alot too. i run, jump rope, gymnastics, exc. help me please?

This is not going to be what you want to hear. You can lose it but it won't do you a lot of good. I've fought fat all my life and I've been around quite awhile. Change how you eat-life style changes- so that you don't gain it back. As much as Dr. Phil bores me he is correct about why most people gain weight. It is psycological. You're overeating for a reason. Go to the library and get his book and read every page. You have a behavior that you need to change. When you find out why you eat, you will retain your weight loss. Most important-if you figure it out, you must always replace a bad behavior with another behavior. Also you need to give your body a chance to change as your weigh changes. Even your skin has to shrink. You're doing an excellent job by losing 20+ pounds. Be sure you're eating correctly so that your hair and skin stay healthy and shiny. Vitamin pills don't hurt. You will hit a plateau somewhere along the line. Don't get discouraged. My best defense against gaining the weight back was a full length mirror. They are unforgiving and make you remember why you're hungry. Hope you achieve your goals. With whatever you lose, you will look better and feel better about yourself. Shop for your clothes very carefully. They make a big difference too.

I think youre doing great . Keep doing what you are now but, it will take more time. Don't get down if you are not where you want to be by July. Be proud of, how far you've come. bless you
