You are too young to start diets. Try eating in moderation. You don't cut anything out of your diet you just eat smaller ammounts. Try eating off of a saucer instead of a huge plate. this will help you get smmaller portions. Drink plenty of water too, this flushes the fat out of your system faster. And ofcourse get plenty of exercise. Here are some tips
Their is no miracle Exercise, What ever you like to do is what you should do. so if it is swimming, biking, sports, weight lifting, whatever, as long as you are being active You will lose weight.
There are three forms of exercise: cardiovascular, strength-building, and flexibility. Cardiovascular exercise is also known as aerobic exercise. For example, walking, jogging, swimming, and cycling are aerobic activities. These types of exercises drive your body to use oxygen more efficiently and deliver maximum benefits to your heart, lungs, and circulatory system. A simple definition of cardiovascular exercise is any exercise that raises your heart rate to a level where you can still talk, but you start to sweat a little. At least 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 3 or 4 days a week should be enough to maintain a good fitness level. Any movement is good, even house or yard work. But if your goal is to lose weight, you will need to do some form of cardiovascular exercise for 5 or more days a week for 30 to 45 minutes or longer.
Strength-building exercises are known as anaerobic exercise. Anaerobic exercise does not have cardiovascular benefits, but it makes your muscles and bones stronger. Strength-building exercises require short, intense effort. People who lift weight or use any type of equipment that requires weights are doing strength-building exercise. Strength-building exercise makes your muscles and bones stronger and increases your metabolism. Strength exercises also make your muscles larger. Your muscles use calories for energy even when your body is at rest. So, by increasing your muscle mass, you are burning more calories all of the time. If you strength train regularly, you will find that your body looks leaner and you will loose fat. Strength building exercises should be performed 2 to 3 times a week for best results. Always warm up your muscles for 5 to 10 minutes before you begin lifting any type of weight or before performing any resistance exercises.
Flexibility exercises, which are also anaerobic, tone your muscles through stretching and can prevent muscle and joint problems later in life. A well balanced exercise program should include some type of each exercise from each category.
Another key to weightloss is eating in moderation. Do Not say no sweets because that will make you want them even more, and when you cave in and have 1 scoop of icecream, you will probbaly end up binging on it because, "What the heck you already ruined your Diet Right?" So eat everything in moderation. Also eat slow, it takes your body about 30 min to realize it is full so keep that in mind.
You can't lose weight, fast, and keep it off. In order to be healthy you should lose between 1 and two pounds a week

The most effective way to lose weight is to reduce your portion size and step up your activity level. Make up a plate of food, like you normally would, and cut the portion sizes in half, save half for the next day. Do this with all 3 meals for a week, I guarantee you will lose weight, so long as you don't make up for it at snack time. Keep your snack portions the same, just decrease your meal size by 1/2. Please always remember you did not gain that weight in a week so it's not going to come off in a week. A healthy rate to lose weight is about 2-3 lbs a week, although in this first week or two you may lose as much as 4-5 lbs a week, it will decrease within a few weeks. Hope this helps. And please refrain from any fad diets, they are only temporary and usually quite unhealthy.

Walk every day, first 20 minutes at a slower pace then everyweek walk either longer or faster. Don't eat junk or fast food except as a treat. It should not be part of your daily diet. just eat 3 meals and then fruit or vegetables to fill in when you are hungry. Even a kid can follow that plan and it will work and last a life time. It is easier to loose weight now an through your teens. Your body is the best at burning fat when you are young.

Explain to your mom that you're trying to loose weight and ask her to make dinner or breakfast, whatever food you eat at home, more healthy. Try to cut out fast food and occasionally eat a lil bit of junk food....maybe once a week to start off. But the key is to exercise every day at your age you should have gym at school....try to work out there and at home. Ride a bike, play outside instead of watching TV....all these things should help with loosing weight.
You're at a age where you can really loose the weight quicker than most whose older so don't fret....it'll come off rather quickly. You just have to stick with something for a long time.

Wow, I am actually impressed that you are ligitamately overweight. So used to seeing young girls post that they are 5'4 and weigh 110 lbs and want to know if they are fat. Honey ...commit to taking a 45minute walk every day after school. Drink PLENTY of water every day. Don't eat after 8pm, and eat healthy food. That means, no fries or shakes or chips or cookies everyday. Eat good foods. Your young, they weight will fall right off.

i chanced on the e book to be very informative and undemanding to envision. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm only worried that i'm dropping too lots weight, too immediately. i'll confess i've got not accompanied the handbook precisely. i'm not sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet ordinarily) and doing little or no exercising, however the load retains flying off. It for sure works and if i might accompanied it precisely i think of it might scare the residing daylights out of me because of volume that i might lose.
