There is the basic sandwich of choice or cheese and crackers. I like to cut up an apple or put some grapes in a bag. I throw in a few pretzels as they do not get stale like chips and chips in individual bags are more expensive. If you know someone with a baby, old baby food jars or the newer platic packs make great one serving containers for apple sauce , jello, pudding . If a sandwich is not what i want i will make a tossed salad and the baby food containers hold just enough salad dressing to do the trick.

the simplest bagged lunch would be Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich. If you have time during the weekend, make some egg salad or turkey sandwiches. They are good and you wont get bored with only one kind of lunch for the whole week.

why not step it up a notch and get a thermos so you can have a hot meal. I make my daughter a hot lunch every day. The thermos keeps it hot for about 8 hours. You could have leftovers, soup, mac and cheese, cous cous, stir fried rice, stew, pasta, spagetti, etc. Toss in some crackers or a bread of some type and you are good to go.

You could have a chicken sandwich or turkey. You could have A pork chop, a bag of chips, and few carrots. It just depends on what you like. =)

Everyone must be like me and get sick of sandwiches...try a bagel sandwich instead of bread...it gives the sandwich a different taste...and basically anything you put on bread you can put on a bagel (i think)..
