I know Country singer Keith Urban does. For singers I am guessing it helps to moisten their vocal cords. I have learned in one Voice Recognition class that talking and singing a lot puts a strain on your voice. So drinking water helps that a lot.

I'm sure they all do. Of course, some drink more than others. There really isn't any link between drinking water and personality, so you wouldn't see any change in, say, Julia Roberts if she started drinking more water.

There is a camel in Cairo who is very famous because he has starred in many arab films. He drinks a lot of plain tap water from the river Nile and apparently it has a good effect on him.
