You are probably straining a muscle in your groin.Depends a bit how long you have been getting the pain and if it only appears after intercourse.Sometimes you can get an ache relating to the testicles. Try giving the nookie a rest for a while(if your partner lets you)and see if things improve.If not see your doctor. it might be a hernia.

It could be referred pain from your prostate gland. This would indicate that you have some prostatitis going on and you need to consult a urologist if it continues.

In addition to the other suggestions have yourself checked for a hernia.

It happens sometimes when you have to work hard in an intercourse......try different positions...try avoiding hurryness.....it happened with me when I used to masturbate with a firm fist...it doesnt happen now while intercourses..
