Those pills are dangerous, and can cause heart attacks and strokes, I believe. They may be the ones already banned by the FDA.

It is an addictive and potentially dangerous amphetamine banned from NHS prescribing due to its health risks.
Like all drugs of its type it is universally unsuccessful in producing sustained weight loss.
I have to admit I have a 'stock' answer for this question, since if you look it appears 20-30 times every day!!!
Type 'guaranteed weight loss' into google, you will find 1 1/2 million sites!
Look around you if ANY of these things worked would we be getting so overweight?
We are what we eat, but we are at least as much what we don't do. Calorie intakes in 1900 and 1950 were higher than they are now, we just don't use them up!
Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg.
Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?
I have seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!
No fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way.

Phentermine is an anphetamine (class of drugs knowmn as speed) It's been used in the US for appetite suppression since the late 1950's. Be careful and pay strict attention to the physician instructions for use.
They are part of the Phen-fen cocktail that many people took in the 1990's which caused significant heart problems, although the use of Phentermine alone has not been shown to cause the same problems. It can however cause or exacerbate other medical conditions. If you did not discuss their use with an actual medical doctor that should be your next step. Again, please be careful.

Phentermine is an FDA approved appetite suppressant, that you can get from your doctor. You can have the script filled at any US pharmacy. This is not a supplement that is not controlled. It is a drug, that has been tested and approved by the FDA and it really works, at least in the short term. After about 3 to 4 months you get used to it and it stops working.

Hopefully, you know that phentermine is an amphetamine and one can develop an addiction to it. It is classified as a controlled substance in many countries.
According to FDA, phentermine should be used up to 12 weeks, because apparently, it loses its appetite-suppressing effects after the body adjusts to the drug.
Don't forget you still need to exercise and eat healthy.
Good luck with your weight loss.

I took them about 10 years ago and they were awful. I couldn't sleep. I'd be washing and ironing at 3 in the morning and wouldn't go to bed until 3 the next morning. I'd be constantly picking "imaginary bits" off the carpet and couldn't keep still or concentrate on anything. Someone told me that it was the same as taking amphetamine. I did lose weight but the side effects did me more harm.I

Ya, I'm on it right now. Your supposed to take one pill in the morn, 1-2 hrs before breakfast; atleast 14hrs before bedtime. They last almost all day (don't wanna eat) and for the first few days make you feel like you're on crack, but the feeling lessens over time. They give you a lot of energy so its easy to work out and you almost have to force yourself to eat cuz your no longer interested in food or hungry all the time. I've had slight headaches and dry mouth from it, but as long as I stay hydrated I feel ok. I've lost probably 3 lbs in 5 days cuz I've been working out like a fiend on top of not eating as much as normal. There are fairly dangerous side effects, but as long as you don't make diet pills a lifestyle, you should probably be ok. Good luck.

I'm taking these at the moment and also got them from a private clinic. They are very good and you will lose weight with them but when you stop taking them you need the willpower not to over eat again or the weight will go straight back on again. Good luck
