I noe what 2 do 2 stay healthy and excercise now( thx pps) but as u all noe it was just easter, and i need help on how not to go 2 my easter basket all the time 4 a snack?? hlp plz

Put your basket up and out of view.
When you decide you really want something, remember portion control! Eat one piece of something at a time. No need to eat EVERYTHING at once. Check the labels and watch the calorie intake.....
