For your height your a perfect weight. But if you want to lose some then lose only 7lbs. Why don't you just build up some muscle in your tummy by doing crunches and you'll look thinner? In my opinion your already at a perfect weight but if you don't think so then lose the 7 pounds. You would look way sick at 100 lbs for your height. You should do pilates or something to tone your body.

it is not about the # it is about how you look and feel. Pressure out there to be rail thin is crazy...here is what I would do...If the #100 really makes you feel better, be healthy about it and quit losing weight, just tell people that you weigh 100, they will never be able to tell the difference anyhow, you are the only one that will know.
Besides that, who should be asking how much you weigh any how?
I think 5-7 and 100 lbs sounds like a damn skeleton....

Try out this link:
http://www.halls.md/body-mass-index/bmi.htm
Type in your height and your weight, and it will give you your BMI, your Body Mass Index. A healthy person's BMI is between 20-25. If it is below 20 then you're underweight, if it is above 25 then you're overweight. This might give you a good indication of how much more weight you should or should not lose.

Well done, good for you, you've done really well. No you don't need to lose any more, 100lbs is too light for somebody of your height. Now you have to concentrate on the tricky bit, maintaining that weight. Good luck.
