There are no great one liners that have deep meanings.
Deep means come from real intimacy so if you can't come up with this on your own maybe it best to deal with the heartbreak and move on.
Do you really want him back? Or are you just lonely?
It sounds like he has issues to deal with. If you get him back are you willing to deal with the issues? Is he willing to deal with his issues? He said you didn't give him enough love, can he ever be satisfied? Are his needs more than you can handle?
Unless you really believe you have lost your soul mate, this probably isn't worth pursuing.
Instead of a one liner start with a few honest questions.

Words mean nothing. It takes time and action. You can't heal everything overnight. It once took me around a year to truly forgive my friend.
The way you said that he broke yours too...well maybe it's not meant to be? And it sounds spiteful, as if you're keeping scores. Guys are more proud than girls. Broken hearts need a long time to heal, and if you think you can heal it with a one-liner, then either his heart isn't broken or you need to re-evaluate the situation!!

there's nothing you can say that will ever make him take you back... When you break somebody's heart they will feel so much caution and distrust, that nothing you say will work. On the other side of the coin, time is a great healer, show them you are a true frind for life... A great line that holds a lot of truth.... "If you love someone set them free, and if they come back to you they are yours" wish you luck...

That, they'll get benefits e.g free things and not worryin about missing anniversairies for the next 2 yrs. Also say 'i don't mind startring from the beginning and working to the top...if thats what you want'

i think he was just trying to find a way out of the relationship that dont make him look bad. if you know otherwise i love you should do the trick, and a big cuddle turns my fella to schmush
