First, take a turkey baster and fill it with boiling water and spray it all over her. See what kind of reaction you get. I bet she'll be ready to kick your @$$. well then, tell her thats what the dog felt like when she did the him that way. NOW, go and call the humane society and and tell them about and they will come and get the pup and have her @$$ arrested for animal cruelty. It's a shame ppl go out and get pets and then punish them when they do what comes natural; defeats the purpose of training them.

The dog only acts bad because it has a terrible owner looking after it, with a caring person that dog could be a wonderful pet.
Blisters mean skin damage has occured and it could become seriously infected, please let someone know, if it was your parents doing this to you would you want someone to report it?
Your friend needs serious help and he cannot get the help he needs unless someone in authority knows what he is doing, if he does not get help he is going to eventually do things much worse, things that may hurt him seriously or someone else, it is a sign he has severe emotional or mental problems, maybe he was abused himself by someone and that is how he is coping with it, but it's wrong and he needs help learning how to cope and move on, a couple years from now it may be too late

Isn't it easier just to belt it on the butt? Sounds like a little extreme and cruel method of punishment. I presume she did it in the heat of the moment while she was cooking. If she boiled a pot of water for this purpose than I think her screws are loose, because it likely took too long to punish the dog for it to learn association with the offending behaviour. If the dog doesn't learn from it, then it is just an act of cruelty.
Anyways, if the resulting injury to the dog was basically superficial, and comparable to slapping it on the butt a few times, I wouldn't report her. But if your friend is making a habit out of torturing the dog then I would report her.
Also you say "his" dog and "her" dog. Has your friend been abusing this dog long enough to get a sex change? You did it didn't you. Watch your temper or just give the dog up for adoption instead of torturing it.

You can file an anonymous report with the humane society and have them investigate the situation. This is clearly abuse, and the dog probably has no idea what the hell he did wrong in the first place.
I'm really sorry to hear about what happened to this poor dog. Please report this guy.
PS - The dog is not a bad dog: The owner is a bad owner.

in the adventure that your pal has never owned a dogs, you are able to no longer anticipate her to understand what to do around one- that's immature, and stupid. that doesn't look the case her, however. German Shepards as doggies are rather lively- they choose to nip and play as though the human replace right into a pup. whilst i replace into around eleven, we've been given a dane- my arm replace into marked up the whole time between getting her and her hitting the factor the place she knew to no longer nip. that's frightening, even if it truly does not harm that undesirable- sharp pup enamel are truly overvalued. Your pal is being ridiculous; her mom is overreacting very harshly and without reason. My dane used to nip my buddies all of the time- they never, ever harm my dogs or grew to become nerve-racking of her. each dogs is going via a pup point, it could't be prevented, and you purely might desire to deal with it. P.S. Her mom can't take you to court on rates that your pal purely had some minor scratches that did no longer penetrate the exterior. do no longer problem approximately it.

It doesn't matter if the dog is bad or not. Being abusive to the dog is not going to make the dog act better, it will probably only make it worse.
Tell someone that you know will do something about it about the problem. If you don't trust any adult, call your local shelter and report her. Animal cruelty is never okay.

Animal abuse and child abuse go hand in hand. When the Animal Cruelty Investigators come out, they also check for signs of child abuse. You need to report this. First, because it's the right thing to do and secondly because your friend needs help in anger control. Another thing you need to know is that by not reporting this, you are also in danger of being prosecuted. It's not just the right thing to do, it's the law.

If it was a child and not a dog would you feel the need to ask this question? Of course you should report her. Best friend or not if the dog is being abused then something should be done about it.
