No to both questions.

Regarding the second, the New Testament is made of of those books which the first few centuries of Christian scholars were able to authenticate as being written by saints from the first generation of Christians. Jewish scholars chose the Old Testament books. In either case, it has nothing to do with fundamentalism.

No. I feel that you should be able to worship God in a way that is pleasing to him. Everyone worships God in a different way. No certain person should dictate to how people should worship. I don't know what books were excluded from the bible and who done it, but I also know that everything that happened during the bible times were not recorded because if it were it would be too much to contain. So much of what we believe is based on our faith.

First question- You mean the Westboro Baptist fruitcakes? No.
Second question-No. The catholic "church" decided they had the authority to do that. The so-called "gospels" of Mary, Judas, and Thomas have already been dicredited as heretical by Biblical linguists and historians as such because of obvious errors in language usage and errors in context relating to historical timelines as to when they were supposedly written.

I will follow God through the Catholic Church and respect their rights to worship as they wish.

I have not had ANY other Christians try to dictate how I worship yet and do not expect to.

Peace and God Bless!

I don't believe they were fundamentalists.
That word carries with it bad connotations.

I let no one dictate what I believe.
I do believe the Bible as it stands.

I have heard your statement circulating for a long time but no one with documentation to back up the statement.

I am not one to take a persons word for it.
Not even pastors or priests.

No and the books that were left out were not necessarily heretical there simply wasn't enough room to include them all.
