He's a four year old boy and he sits in front of video games and the computer for hours. He has been crossing his eyes for a couple weeks now and I dont know if hes just doing it to do it or if his eyes just do that on their own.

He is probably just doing it to do it, but you should have his eyes checked out, he could have problems focusing....

I would recommend you have him checked by a pediatric ophalmologist as soon as possible. The sudden onset of crossed eyes could signal a serious problem.
Most likely it is merely a refractive error, but even that should not be allowed to proceed unchecked indefinitely.
Don't neglect this. Call for an appointment now. If you can't get one soon, ask to speak to the charge nurse or office manager, or even the doctor.

Children need interaction, discipline and guidence from their parents. Children do NOT need electronic gadgets and they do NOT need to sit in front of electronic gadgets.
Step up to the plate and act like a parent!
