OK, your mother's cousin's daughter will never be your sister. She is your 2ND cousin, and, no, I do not think it is ILLEGAL, but I do think it is wrong. She is your COUSIN, how many other people in the world are there? Go find someone not so related to you...

Your mother's cousin's daughter is not your sister at all. She may be a distant cousin. I think it would be alright to marry her.

Well first of all it depends on what state you live in as to how far the lineage is considered to close in DNA to reproduce. Secondly she is in no way shape or form your sister, she's barely even your cousin, she's your third cousin twice removed. What did you do? Go to a family reunion to pick up girls?

No, she is not your sister, she is a distant cousin..
There is no scientific genetic prohibition against marrying
cousins, 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th and having children..This has
been know for at least a decade though there remains much
ignorance amongst the public in this regard.

She isn't your sister at all. She's a distant cousin. And according to every state in the U.S., you can get married.

Unless you share the same mother and/or father, she isn't your sister. Sounds like she's your 2nd or 3rd cousin.

Still wouldn't marry her though...that's just wierd.

I don't think there is any blood relation at all. Its just an in-law relation.

Not wrong to marry her.
