I think he means "FRIENDSHIP." Just be nice! Don't argue unless it is absolutely necessary, and just talk things out.

Is this a "Chip off the old block"?
True friends are always there for each other. They also can trust each other. I have Loaned/Borrowed money and we know we can trust each other. We can call when our car broke down and the other will come help. We can even get mad and fight, but, we still stay friends. At least we know if we will fight each other, we have a friend help fight when it more serious.
