(if so) so would it be okay if i asked to you a second ?
(if not) care to try it out ?

please n thanks

nothing wrong with introducing yourself.... ask if she'll give you her name... more like so do i get to know who you are???? instead of whats your name..

lose the term "picked up" so gross. no one wants to consider that they were "picked-up"

if you spend some time together all well and good. consider it just that... time spent together... then ask sooo.... think we can spend some time together again??? ask for a phone number and permission to call... maybe ask to set a date for another time together... dont move to fast.. thats a bit scary sometimes. be a gentleman but show your interest.

If you're meeting the girl somewhere, then that would be pretty good (she'd probably laugh). If you're the picking her up, however, then she would think something is wrong with you (no offense, but people really are that mean). If you're taking her out on a date, my suggestion would be asking her about her day, then coming up with... something engaging ( a funny story, perhaps). Other than that, your questions would be pretty good to pass the time. Just make it as objective as possible.

LAME ! Try these champ.
Screw me if I am wrong, but haven't we met before?

That outfit would look great in a crumpled heap next to my bed.
Can you believe that just a few hours ago we'd never even been to bed together?
I'd look good on you.
Hi. Are you legal?
Hi. You'll do.
"What's a sexy woman like you doing in a dirty mind like mine?
"See my friend over there? He wants to know if you think I'm cute."
Extremely original, this line will make you stand out from the pack. This line virtually guarantees that she will smile. You may not leave with her that night, but you may get her phone number or at least chat it up for a while.

That's just being straight up. I thought "ice breakers" were fancier. But truth is usually a good option.

haha
i'm a college girl and usually don't care for one-liners but
the whole "hey, see my friend over there? he wants to know if you think *i'm* cute"
is HILARIOUS
i would totally want to keep talking to a guy with that sense of humor.
I would, however, avoid perverts who use sexually-implicit/explicit lines.
Good luck!

I think it is a good ice breaker, but it all depends on the girls personality and sense of humor. You can always give it a try...GOOD LUCK!

girls like it when a guy is being himself, just always remember that. don't try to come up with any cheesy pick-up lines because the gist of them actually turn the intelligent girls off. Just be yourself and act natural. Be like " hey I'm .......... what's your name?" " I was wondering if I could buy you a drink ? "

easily one of the worst pick up lines ive ever heard? your an idiot. what does that even mean? u dont go on a date after you've just picked a girl up. cuz most likely ur meeting them already out at a bar or party or something. that was pathetic. im not surprised ur asking for help on yahoo.
