Most of the other people on here have the right idea: in excess, anything with caffein can be dangerous and increase your risk for heart attack. However, what nobody else has mentioned is that too much caffein can also cause anxiety and paranoia, which can be just as harmful in it's own way. But, for the average person, a can a day is more than safe.

Pretty much what others have said. It is the excess which will be harmful. It DOES increase your heart rate and that is not good for you long term.
I am NOT here to tell you to stop drinking it, but to say that you should make sure you also drink plenty of water throughout the day as well as take a break from it once in a while to give your body a chance to revitalise itself naturally.

Well Redbull can cause heart attacks but one a day is not going to harm you. Anything over three could possibly hurt you.

May be harmful when added alcohol to it this is what I use because of less sugar. When you drink with lots of sugar you get tired in the end and energy don't last too long. These are my FAVORITE of all time. http://cgarcia.qhealthzone.com/search/de... they are low-carb, all sugarsugar free, two flavors of caffeine free for nursing mothers and pregnant but the vitamins (B6) still give energy. Fruity flavors to create a daringly different, lightly carbonated beverage alternative. XS energy drinks are formulated with B vitamins to deliver a powerful punch of energy whenever you need it. Plus, it contains no sugar, no carbohydrates, and just 8 calories. So you can boost your energy WITHOUT CONSUMING SUGAR, carbs, and extra calories.
All the other drinks do work too but at the end of the day you're all tired and restless because of the sugar consumption.

Individual responses to caffeine vary, and these drinks should be treated carefully because of how powerful they are. Energy drinks' stimulating properties can boost the heart rate and blood pressure (sometimes to the point of palpitations), dehydrate the body, and, like other stimulants, prevent sleep.
Energy drinks should not be used while exercising as the combination of fluid loss from sweating and the diuretic quality of the caffeine can leave the user severely dehydrated.

If it was that harmful, it wouldnt be allowed to be sold.
I also drink at LEAST 1 Can per day.
And i have for about a year now.
Nothing health problems here.
Heck, i even have drank up to 3 a day.
BUT, if you drink over like 9 a day, it CAN cause a heart attack.

Anything in excess is harmful. Redbull contains a ton of caffiene so just be wary of your caffiene intake in other drinks.

No, that's bull. Unless you drink more than five cans a day, you're okay. Red Bull has a lot of caffeine just like coffee.

Just mix in a few glasses of water threw out the day. Caffeine will deplete your body of water. Have one for me. Good luck..

If you don't sprout wings by at least the third can, file a law suit and give them a heart attack.
