Short term answer is yes - because of our diet and the huge amount of food we eat, we pass a lot of undigested food matter through our feces, but a healthy human under fair conditions can survive quite a while without food. Long term no benefit - eventually there would be no nutrition left, and waste products would build up.
And drinking urine is same - short term (1-2 days) yes, long term no. Eventually it would be so concentrated with waste product there would be no benefit.
But either way ewww.

No, for the same reason you cannot recapture the smoke from a fire and burn it again to get more energy. The chemical energy in the food was removed by turning it into $#!+ and $#!+ does not have any more chemical energy that our bodies can extract. This is not true for all animals though. Hamsters for example do not extract all the chemical energy from their food the first time through, so they eat their own $#!+ to get the energy they did not get the first time. But humans, and most other animals, don't.

I don't know about eating your waste, but there are cases where people have survived by drinking their own urine. Climber Aron Ralston had his arm wedged between a boulder and a canyon wall. He beat dehydration by saving his urine and drinking it. Of course he had to saw off his arm with a dull pocket knife to get away, but he survived.

The waste matter does not contain sufficient nutrition and is comprised of too much poison for your body to be able to live off it.

yes because ur waste may still have some nutrients and dietary fiber in them. however do not eat more than 200grams if not u will die when too much germs get into ur stomach. try to eat them fresh to avoid decomposition of your waste materials otherwise u will find it hard to consume.

You could purify your urine, extract the water, and remain hydrated, but your feces are the result of what is left after all the nutrients have been used......no nutritional value, and full of toxins that were flushed from your system.

It would be unwise, your waste is a compilation of stuff your body cannot use, to feed this to your body would be followed by illness, and possibly death if done too much.

You would probably die before you starved to death.
There is no nutrition only bacteria.
