everyone i know who dislikes one of those, dislikes the other two aswell.

mushrooms are very versatile, can be put into almost anything like soups stews fried boiled or raw...... prunes are awsome boiled and put into a little oatmeal or eaten raw..... avocados are extremely good for you as they actually counter act the plaque which builds up in the human system from bad fats, it breaks it down pulls it free of the artery walls and puts it into the blood where it can be disposed of properly , they can be eaten sliced into a sandwich (i use them instead of mayo) eaten right out of their shell or i make a mean guacamole.... .... . . . one of my favourites is prune perogies with mushroom sauce ............ yumm o.......

Actually I do love mushrooms and avocados, but I think the last time I had a prune was maybe 25 years ago at my grandma's house and hated it.

I love mushrooms raw or cooked.
I love prunes, but can only eat a few or end up in the bathroom too much the next day.
I love avocados, just cut one in half and eat the half with a spoon or they are great in guacamole or a salad.

Love Mushrooms of all kinds
Dried prunes are awesome! Canned prunes are wonderful in smoothies.
Avocados are just wonderful by themselves or on salad or in salsa.
