My head hurts very often and i need a quick remedy or can you direct me to another user that knows how to fix this please.
p.s. bonus question:
I have seen people who wear special glasses when they are watching t.v. or when they are on the computer. What are these? can they help block some of the computer waves or rays that might be harmfull?

p.s.s. I have already tried the over the counter meds like tylenol or advil or motrin but nothing works fast enough. Thanks for your help. GOD bless

a chiropractor is the best person for you to see as they specialize in neck problems. Usually migraines are coming from conditions in the neck. In the meantime you can place ice packs on the back of your neck for ten minutes at a time.

I've enclosed a link where you can find a qualified chiropractor in your area in the USA.

Kind regards,
Billie

I personally would try getting a massage about every two weeks, it really helps. All you have to do is tell the therapist your problem and they try to work on it. Also, I would call a doctors office and find out what foods aren't good for migraines and try to get a list. As far as the glasses you are talking about, I can't help ya.

Here are some things you can do in addition to drugs:

(1) Apply an ice pack / take cold showers.
Reason: Coldness would actually help to contract the scalp's blood vessels.

(2) Rest/sleep in a dark and quiet room.

quit drinking so much and you won't suffer the hang over. ;-D

no seriously, go to the doctor, many people suffer like that and there are meds to take. there are some medications that are taken daily, to fend off the migraine all together. Then there are medications to help relieve the pain once the on-set.
