Yes. How do you thing we dismantle nuclear weapons when they are obsolete or they must be dismantled due to a treaty agreement.

And yes, some weapons can be deactivated if their is enough time and someone knows how.

u try to destroy (it the bomb) for safety reason those bombs normally have self destruction systems that only destory all the hardware inside except for the uranium and the detonaters

Ummm no i don't thing so unless you take out the trigger device.
Different atomic bombs have different trigger devices.
