please im a young adult and i am wondering if you guys can help me with this i want to get a really nice camera for myself and there are MANY DIFFERENT BRANDS and types of digital cameras please help me with this
i need to know which is better a sony,canon,samsung,kodak,optical,or some other brand that you know of
which camera brand is better? and i want to get a camera from 130-200 dollar price range PLEASE HELP ME OUT! im currently looking on www.circuitcity.com or bestbuy.com and im trying to go to GREEN acres mall if u know where that is!coz thats where im buying it from

For must photographers 4 to 6 megapixels is sufficient, ditto optical zoom of 3X or 4X. There are also super zoom cameras out there which cost more and likewise digital single lens reflex cameras where one could add additional lenses.
In the $130 to $200 price range there are many to choose from. As was mentioned the Fuji F20 is a fine camera mentioned many times on this Website. Two other fine cameras would be the Canon PowerShot A 630. A tad more than $200 J&R Music and Computer World delling it for $220.
Another fine camera would be the Sony CyberShot DSC-W50. A subcompact camera that can be bought for $180- at Crutchfield according to Website dpreview.com

Fuji F20 is a great camera for about $150. Takes great pics and video.
You actually have quite a few choices in that price range. Go into http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/compare.asp and enter the important features you need, and it will show you the choices, and their reviews. Reliable site.
Also check Amazon for camera prices, they've been very good.

I got my Canon Powershot from Circit City and it's the BEST!!!
