i'm an upcoming first year college student this june..
i want that i dont have hair anymore on my calves because our uniform is skirt and a blouse..
i am very hairy..and the hairs on my calf are very long, thick, and curly..its so dirty to look at!!..
and its so discouraging..
my legs dont look like those og the girls like me..

I would suggest laser. It is permanent. It will be worth it.

There are permenant options but waxing last you about 6 weeks and over time the hair will get thinner and possibly lighter. Shaving is quicker and less pain but you'll have to do it often. If your going to Shave i would use and electric shaver.

Your best bet is to shave it first, then when you begin to feel stubble again, either wax it or apply a hair removal cream to keep those legs smooth! Try Veet or Sally Hanson Sesitive Skin Formula !

I'm sorry, but there is no such thing as permanent waxing. There is something called electrolysis, but it can be quite pricey and you will need several treatments.
