According to the US Air website, it takes 5 hours 35 minutes to get there and 4 hours 36 minutes to come back. These are both nonstop.

About 4.5 hours from Philadelphia to Las Vegas and 5.5 hours to come back on a NONSTOP flight.
It will be longer if you are on a direct flight because direct flights make a stop. And even longer on a connecting flight because you will have to change planes. But in that case the travel time would vary somewhat because it depends on how long you're stopped for and where the plane stops.
