First of all, I am not an MD, but I do have a lot of joint pain problems. You should see a doctor or call and ask yours if it would be safe for you to take joint medication. I have arthritis and I could barely bend my knees to climb stairs, heck stepping up on a curb to get on the sidewalk hurt. Anyway, someone told me to use Osteo Bi Flex and I did and it has worked miracles. The tightness under my knee caps and in the joint have all but vanished. Good Luck and I hope you are pain free soon.

Knees Can be painful not because there is anything wrong with the knees per se, but because tight muscles in the legs and other parts of the body are exerting pressure on the knee caps, pulling them out of alignment towards the inside of they legs. trying to bend the knees during normal walking, can cause pain and creaks. sometimes the knees will lock, and you have to shift them around a bit to get it them snap back into place in order to bend them again.

gentle yoga exercises and trigger point therapy can greatly alleviate this problem. I've enclosed a link for chiropractors that do trigger point therapy so you can find one in your area.

first of all, forget approximately concerning to the posts approximately taking Tramadol. it fairly is a non-narcotic discomfort medicine and you do no longer choose it. This guy is spamming all the different questions w/ this comparable 'suggestion'. Sounds to me such as you're having what's referred to as patellofemoral discomfort syndrome. it fairly is a worry-unfastened diagnosis. i could save on with-up w/ an orthopedic wellbeing practitioner for affirmation. I take care of this mallady rather oftentimes in my prepare.
