How many days are taken to such police inquary & Passport.

It will come in a months time around 22-23.04.2007, earlier it was used to be a very long & complicated procedure but now Ministry of External Affairs has made it very simple & less time consuming.

Your question is not clear, are you expecting the police to call?
Here in Canada, there is no automatic police inquiry when you apply for a passport.
Here in Canada you complete the forms and send them in and the passport agency completes whatever they have to do. I suppose that is there are questions about your passport they will conduct some kind of investigation. Passports here in Canada usually take 2-3 weeks to get from start to finish, however since passports are going to be required to cross the US border in the near future I hear that there is a backlog.

Wait. PV is done within 4 to 30 days. Sabar ka phal meeta hota hai. In Delhi it is fast in some areas. For Gandhi it is fast. For Agra, Agrawal it may be slow. Contact inspector in concerned police station. He will assist you.

I think police come for the inquary for those gentlemen who never go to the police station. My dear friend wait and reveal.

For me it took, 2 weeks approx, time. dont worry, sooner or later you will have one verification , in which you have to bribe 1000/- to the police man to get the positive report fro you:))
