I have 350 mb AVi files converted to 400 mb VOB files. When I add them to nero they become 1 GB files w/c means i can only burn 4 files per disc. (DVD-R 4.70 GB)

How can i burn a DVD video disc with 10 - 14 VOB files?

I don't know why Nero doubles your file sizes, but that's your problem.

When you have a fix amount of space, there are only two things you can do
a) Increase space: If your burner supports it, try dual-layer DVD discs (for about 8 GB of total space)

b) Reduce your file size.
Perhaps you should skip the AVI-to-VOB step and let Nero do all that directly from the AVI files

Change the quality of your video (to worse of course - to reduce the original file size)

Hi,
A very nice burner that works with any types of file and disk is Ashampoo. Get it here for free http://bitly.com/1sW2BKd
It's amazing.
