Absolutely, could be sign of bladder or urinary tract infection, kidney stones, or worse yet, even kidney failure.
Has he been eating a food that was on the recall list, as these are causing kidney failure?

the lump could be cancerous so it would be wise to get it checked out. however if it keeps reappearing and puts the dog through stress and continues operations, it would be kinder to put it down. the blood in the urine sounds like a bladder infection. make sure that ur dog has plenty of water, and get the vet to check it out so you can make sure it has whats needed.

Yes, take him down to the vets and tell the vet as much as possible about what is happening to your dog so that the vet can help better!

you don't mention the breed, but yes he will need to go down the vet. dalmations and male dogs of larger breeds get urinary tract infections quite a lot. he most likely has cystitis, my dalmation had it pretty bad, peed blood all over the vets reception floor, and needed antibiotics. (he's fine now) not sure about the lumps but best get them checked out whilst you are there.

Blood in the urine could be a urinary tract infection which can lead to kidney failure, among other things. Get your dog to the vet and have his urine tested and possibly blood work done. Good Luck!

That could be kidney problems. It sounds like your dog is in alot of pain.
Go to the vet asap or call the RSPCA out.
I hope your dog is ok!

Yes you should. Blood in urine indicates stones, which can block the bladder and be very serious indeed.
Don't wait for more answers - vets now!
