That's got to be the dumbest psychological approach to love I've ever heard...Even if he's a lousy lay, he'd still be 'in your system', you would have just had sex with him!
Why don't you try finding someone that finds you as interesting as you find them and then you can throw your feminine wiles on them and get some love in return; otherwise, you're just setting yourself up for a broken heart and an azz full of foreign bodies...

You poor mixed up girl! Having sex with someone doesn't get him out of your system. And "banging him" sounds so unromantic. Is this really how you want to remember your crush? It sounds to me like you'd be better of learning to love yourself more, and this kind of talk would become unnecessary.

If your even a little bit hot, ( and it sounds like you are) get him alone and drinking. Unless he's gay, all you'll have to do is flirt w/ him a little, or do something like touch his leg while you're talking to him. You could also give him a couple "hair flips" and a smile, or maybe bend down to pick something up and give him a little boob shot or *** view .
It should be easy as Guy + Booze + Opportunity = SEX (for at least to 99.99% of Men). Anyway,Good luck (not that you'll need it ; )

its not an unusual impulse to have sex with a crush.
if you have to give into this compulsion then do it discreetly and just tell him what you told us.
