Hello sweet cindy.. :)
My brother asked me to go to church with him and my 3 young children, (he was screwing up my plan to commit suicide that day) I told him I was not dressed, he said he would wait..so I went..I swore at the Pastor called him a Jesus Freak and told him he was crazy..
All the Pastor could do is tell me that he Loved me, and Jesus did too..that made me all the madder and wanting me to go back, just to do the same..
The following Sunday, I did go back, but before I could say or do anything, the Pastor asked who wanted to be baptized that day..my hand went up in the air..I was baptized in the Lake (Kingston) behind the church that as a little child, I would make fun and taunt the other children who went to that church..
The Pastor asked if I believed that Jesus died for my sins, I said No, but I want to..I said I knew that I was a sinner and I wanted to be a good Mom for my oldest daughter, whom I could not Love.. :(
That was on August 28, 1978..I smoked a joint on the way home..
"When I woke the next morning, I was quoting the Bible (I never read it before) I was so full of peace, Love, joy, kindness and gentleness, I could hardly contain the the Love that dwelt deep within my heart..the empty pit in my stomach was gone..a veil was lifted from my eyes..I was looking through different eyes..my vision was finally clear for the first time in my life..I felt clean, as white as snow..I was set free from drugs, greed, hatred, anger and swearing"..
"My daughter came to see what was happening..I said to Sherry, I Love you..and for the first time in her sweet ten years of her little life, I meant it and I could feel within my soul..we both hugged each other and cried".. :)
I will never go back to hurting others, nor hatred, greed, lust, envy, strife and why should I for who the Son hath set Free, Is Free Indeed..Praise the Lord..Glory be to God in the Highest..

I felt an extraordinary peace and in my church it was referred to as the "born again experience". I used to think that the experience was the reality itself. In other words, if I didn't have the born again experience, then I was not born again. I have come to understand since then that the experience is not all that important. It is not about me and my experience; it is about what Jesus did. My experience was just an emotional reaction to a larger truth.

the joy of salvation -tears of joy and relief from sin tears of sadness I had waited so long to begin the message of Easter= Princess there is a higher love from above =REFLEXIONS FROM YESTERDAY = Easter Reflected-Exciting now and a prayer that helped stop my life from being boring & a love letter enjoying now in the Bible from God. I prayed, "Jesus help me, come into my heart and forgive my sins, be my friend, amen." and Jesus said "I love you and knock on your heart door to come in, forgive sin and help you as your friend, in fellowship you with me and me with you. Revelation 3:19&20 all because of Calvary death innocent for our sins, and resurrection. Easter, annual festival commemorating the resurrection of Jesus Christ, and the most important feast of the Christian year. Easter is a joyous occasion because on this day Christians celebrate Christ’s victory over death. To those who believe in Christ, Easter also symbolizes their own participation in his death and rebirth to a new life.
Easter is celebrated on a Sunday yet once Jesus is recieved in heart Easter is every day in the new wonderfull life.

when i asked the lord Jesus to forgive my sins, i received a pure clean feeling inside my heart, it was like every evil that i had committed went away from my conscience..i felt all new inside ,,, i felt good and refreshed in my heart .. i become happy and suddenly i could understand what true love was all about... i become interested in other people souls and their salvation...happy and clean and a peace with myself and God..

I experienced nothing at that moment except some emotional stuff, but day by day the spirit got my attention by making the word come alive and prayers getting answered at A rapid rate. here is how to get it!

I felt an overwhelming joy that mere words cannot adequately describe, the relief, the Joy, the Love.

an incredible love so awesome i can't put into words but it made me cry a good cry, i couldn't believe it yet i am so thankful. it was the most wonderful experience of my whole life
