"The U.S.A is draining the human resources from all over the world into its society."

What i want to know is, at the first glace over the sentence, could you understand what i am trying to express specificlly and without any problem(a feeling just like the daily conversation).

I have always been feeling sick because i don't know weather the sentence i made could be really understood by the native.

Is there a better way to express? thanks.

I would tend to say: "The USA is abosrbing human resources [no THE] from all over the world into its society."

Regarding other answers - the USA in this context is a state or country and therefore may well be treated as singular. You don't say "The United Kingdom HAVE" so why say "The United States HAVE"?

The use of "draining" is fine if you believe that the USA is doing it without the people wanting it.

Let's start with correcting the grammar. The major mistake is that USA is plural (United StateS of America), therefore you should be using "their" society. Besides, collecive nouns (such as Police, for example - the force, not the band!), also take the plural form of verbs and pronouns. For example, you say "The Police have come and arrested people". Also, "human resources" does not need an article, because it is intended in a broad sense and you can't "count" them

I would say
"The USA are draining human resources from all around the World into their society"

Having corrected the sentence, I can't really understand its meaning. I think I understand the wording, just that it is far too short to communicate your thoughts. I think you need to elaborate a bit more...
