my bf has been lying to his mum about me. heres the lies he told her
i live just outside his city (i live 200 miles away)
i go to his college (i dont)
we met at college (we met on the net)
he also not told her that we engaged and that im moving in with him and his sister in 4 months
he says it coz she will flip at him when is the best time for him to tell her the truth (shes not likely to find out though shes not that bright)

Let it be most parents freak out when they hear the word Internet and dating in the same sentence. Let him deal with his mom, and everything will work out fine.

Lies usually always come back to smack you in the face. Why does he feel the need to lie in the first place?? I'd advise him to just tell his mom he broke up with THAT girl and introduce you as his girlfriend some time later. I'm sure if her son is happy with the girl, the mom will be pleased. As for her not being too bright, not something nice to say about what could possibly be a future mother in law. I'm sure you wouldn't want anyone speaking of you that way.

You're dating a liar! If he lies so much to his own mother...what makes you think he won't lie to you?
It also sounds like HE is not very bright....if he had any common sense...he would know that in the future, she is going to find out the truth! It's inevitable! What's he going to do then?
And do you want a future with this guy? Because if you do, you are going to have to get along with his mom...and this is not a good start.
Is he ashamed of you? Why can't he just be honest? Get you a real man, girl...don't move in with this guy....you want a man with a back bone who is not afraid of his mommy! And one that likes you so much that he will tell everyone in his life the whole truth about you....because that shouldn't matter.

have you ever met him it sounds like you havent even met him in person. I think you and him need a reality check marriage based on lies is headed for Divorce

his mum will find out sooner or later and she will flip any way.......and how old is he and how old are you .........how long you been together.......how long you been engaged for.............. there is nothing wrong with meet each other through the net.......... his makeing it wores by lieing to his mother and not telling her the truth......... how does he know that she is going to flip

honestly i think he should only tell them the part about how you met, that you dont go to college, and that YOUR GOING TO GET MARRIED. good luck:)
