You seemed to have named yourself correctly missing link. If you want to rid the world of R&S, then what on Earth are you doing in it and answering my question!
Get a life and I pray one that is in Christ, -thats your missing link.

I would pray that all Christians have a spiritual goal to achieve.
Mine is simply for God to reveal more of Himself and the Lord Jesus Christ to me, that I may serve Him better and be a better witness to Him.

I wish to have a place in my daily schedule for prayer and reflection, meditation and contemplation. I am a spiritual person and know that all aspects of my life can reflect this and contribute to it but, somewhere along the line, I have lost those special dedicated times where I can give my undivided attention to God.
Unfortunately my life seems to be ever more busy and occupied with mundane distractions - some good, some truly useless (except as distractions). It's up to me to make the effort I know - and I will.
My prayer for you will be that you find your spiritual home but know that the fact that you are seeking it means that you are already possessed by God's Spirit.

I have one that started in Aug. of last year that I hope to have fulfilled by Oct. 11 this year. From my standpoint, it's not going very well. But it is of dire importance to me, and I keep praying that He will do what I've put before Him. I honestly don't know what I will do, or what I will make of it, if He doesn't. I will really have to do some soul-searching. But, James says I must believe if I am to receive, so I go on believing and praying, hoping that he will do all that I have submitted unto Him. Pray for me.

My spiritual goal this year is to return to daily mediation and develop my ability to ZaZen.
I know that if I achieve this I will be able to give so much more to the world from my inner resources.
