I do not know the oldest living person with hypoplastic left heart syndrome personally, but there is an online magazine called HeartBeat that had an article in February saying the oldest living person with HLHS is now 23. You might want to contact the author of that article for more information...

Reggae Run was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, and is currently the longest living child in Cincinnati who has had this surgery for 7 years.
