itchy,itchy, ya-ya?

My friend keisha problem is that I have a strange vaginal itch. Sort of a surface itch mostly around the vulva, right where the pubic hair begins. Sometimes the itch extends inside the vulva. Once in a while I would get a hard, pimple like bump on the vulva. No discharge, no pain and it goes a way after a while. I have no STDs, I've checked with my doctor. I have no abnormal discharges or ordors. This is so strange. Any ideas? I have that problem but thing is I'm a virgin
