I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Drink a glass of fruit juice, or drink a regular cola. If you are diabetic, you should get in the habit of carrying glucose tablets. THen, should you have a low blood sugar level, you can just take one or two.
When you are absolutely desparate, find a sugar bowl and eat one teaspoon - dissolve it in water, or take it "straight."

Ideally you would drink a cold glass of sugared juice, or a regular (not diet) coke, or alternatively some glucose tablets can help. Once your sugars are up you then need to eat something like a sandwich or meal to maintain them.

Why would you want to raise your blood sugar if it's already high? Do you have hypo or hyperglycemia? edit: You should eat a high protein diet. Avoid things that cause spikes is you blood sugar, because later it will crash. Good snacks are nuts, jerky tail mix and vegetables.

Glucose tablets are good to keep on hand. If you don't have them drink some orange juice or have some candy.
