Well obviously any cut or sore in that region, no matter how tiny, is going to hurt like hades. That is the most sensitive region of your body and has thousands of sensory and stimulus cells, so pain there is going to be a lot worse then pain on say you arm. Also that skin is very thin so it isn't hard to say scratch or even get a sore there. More than likely it rubbed up aganist the zipper of you pants. That region takes a little while to heal, so I would say that if isn't better in a week, or the "cut" gets longer, definitly go see your doctor.

Take that penis to a doctor immediately. Do not have any sexual contact with anyone until that "cut or something" is examined and diagnosed by a doctor. Do not try any over the counter meds until speaking with a doctor.

start cleaning 2 or 3 times a day with an antibiotic soap then an antibiotic cream=both can be bought over the counter at a drug store

could be a std but if u had sex and it was dry u could have made a cut on ur penis if it dont get better soon go see the doc good luck

You may have a cut.. but most likely an STD such as Syphillis, herpes or warts.... see a DR!
