my pulse 86

i am 5'8 and weigh about 150 if that matters

you forgot to add your age. depends, if your like in your mid 20's, thats not bad, if your over 30, still is good. but if your going backward, and your under 20 years of age, then that's pretty bad.

Yes your Blood pressure is surely normal according to General terms except your pulse wich should be ranging around 75 to 80.

still pulse rate depends on body temp. so still I think its allrite

Yeah you are good, it is a little high but still in the normal range!!

mine was 220/160 at the doc's the other day wanna see some people trip!!!

you have beginning signs of high blood pressure Monitor it more frequently so you can report more than one to your doctor or getinstructions from him/her on how to proceed It is called the silent killer as you dont have to feel anything to have it You dont have to be overweight or a smoker But if you were youd want to fix those things. Anyway get a checkup

If you take blood pressure after walking, then it is around there. Its normal but do walk and cut down on salt so it can get even better.
