Eliminate or drastically reduce dairy products. It works for me.

Wash your hair/ bathe, if you go outside the allergen sticks to you, get an air filter for the house, drive with the windows closed and use air conditioning, and try Wed Md for more ideas... Hope this helps

find someone who sells local raw honey, say within a 10 mile radius. the bees collect the pollen (which causes allergies) make it into honey so when the honey is eaten raw our body absorbs it and starts to build immunity to the pollen

Well the best thing for me is taking a nice warm bath it cleans my face and makes me feel pure.
