I have had chest pain for ages now. (not heart have had that tested several times) and now along with that i am having numbness tingling in my left arm that runs down my leg. i am also feeling very weak, disorientated, and just plain awful! i have seen several doctors now and all them say it is muscle pain. what do you think it is ? thanks

As a psych nurse, I've seen people suffering from stress or anxiety who have very similar symptoms... In some cases they don't even think they're under stress or having a panic attack, but it turns out they are. Once the source is identified, talk therapy and/or an anxiety med can really help.
I'm not saying this is your problem, but it is worth talking to your doctor and exploring the possibility...

Oh my! I have had those same exact symptoms (without the weakness and disorientation), and I was found to have a pinched nerve in my neck that required fusion. The disorientation has me a bit nervous as that could be a sign of a possible mini-stroke or something. Please go back to your doctor and emphasize the disorientation part of your symptoms and let him/her take it from there.

Yes it could. It could even be a series of precursors to a heart attack.
However, it could be a nothing.
I do not want to scare you.
Please note that it could be as simple as a pinched nerve.
When you next talk to your doctor, describe ALL the symptoms you have, and ask for possibilities, AND, if necessary, a referral to a specialist.
