right in the middle and kind of moves outwards on both sides pain also sometimes but no breathing problems

what could this be?

could be bronchitis check with your Dr. if you are not sure and are still concerned.

Because of the chest tightness I would recommend having this evaluated by your dr to see what could be causing the problem.

A hiatal hernia can mimic a heart attack.But never take a chance .Could also be a type of pneumonia .Even if you are breathing ok for now or not .

it could be due to any medcines youve had in the recent past that can cause an affect such as chest tightness.

i dont know if this is right because im medically challenged but maybe heart problems.
