The idea is to get a brief synopsis of your "religious" beliefs, not a book of explanation.

I put "religious" in quotes because I don't necessarily think belief and religion go hand-in-hand.

Here's what I believe:
I believe in one true God. I believe that Jesus was God's son and also God. I believe that Jesus died to attone for my sins. I believe I am a sinner and not in any way perfect. So, I need Jesus. That's it.

I can prove it, but I'm not necessarily looking for proof here either. (You can read the answers I leave for other questions if you're looking for proof) Just simply answer with what you believe in :).

I am a modern day practitioner of the Aztec religion which is more accurately called Nahua reconstructionism.

I believe that most of the gods exist as real beings. By "most" of the gods, I mean that I believe that not only the Aztec gods exist, but also pretty much any god from any pantheon or religion. I simply do not choose to worship all the gods, but only the gods of the Aztecs. I also am a "hard" polytheist; I believe that each of the gods is an individual being in their own right, as opposed to simply being "aspects" of one supreme deity, or all pantheons simply being cultural expressions of certain archetypal god-types (i.e. I don't believe all war gods are the same, or all rain gods are the same, etc).

I am Hindu and I am an athesit.
Meaning I believe in god as a man-made concept yet I still believe in the Hindu culture. (And yes, the Hindu culture has more to do with a way of life than it has to do with religion.)

LATER:
well, Hinduism basically says that you can have any belief you want as long as you're a moral, ethical person (you know...those basic golden rules common to every religion)...that's why there are so many types of hindus...some who eat beef, some who don't, some who worship a specific god, some who worship many gods...it's all your take & what you're comfortable with

for example, my mom believes in the Hindu gods as supernatural beings, but my dad and i don't. however, we still all practice the same culture and traditions....that's what i meant by being hindu & athesist

ps...im glad that you're taking an interest in other religions...it leads to a greater understanding & less mistrust
=D

I believe that all (Good)gods are the one true god.
I believe in the soul since ghost are real( I know from past experiences). I believe in eating Kosher. I believe G-d is too nice to punish you "FOREVER" and will give you a punishment you can deal with like burning on fire for x amount of years.

I believe Jesus and Muhammad are false prophets because of bible codes and the bad things they done.

I believe exactly what you believe in. I'm not any religion, only Christian. Religion is man made. Even the Catholic Church which was founded by Constantine in 300 A.D. when he became the ruler and wanted one religion. I believe you don't get into heaven by good works, but by asking Jesus into your life....it's in the Bible. John 3 (the whole chapter) ;Romans 3:27 (NKJV)

I agree with you Sister!

In addition to that, I believe every believer in Christ should study
the scriptures daily. Just like taking in food daily. The bread
of Life. His Word!

John 14:9, If you have seen Me you have seen the Father.

I agree with everything you wrote with one exception. I have trouble believing that Jesus is God. The Trinity confuses me. I can believe that the Holy Spirit is God. But I can't see God coming to earth as Jesus and then speaking to Himself.
1.This is my son in whom I am well pleased.
2.Father, why has thou forsaken me?
Can you prove to me that they are one and the same?

I believe that religion is something between me and my God and has nothing to do between me and you. Everyone has the right to believe in whatever he believes in but such believes shall not affect his relation with others.
All religions refer to one super power called GOD and the difference is in the ways of worshipping and reaching to GOD.

I don't believe in a creator god. I believe that gods and goddesses both evolved from people who died and moved on from this world and others.

I'm Asatru. (Pre-Christian indigenous faith of the Norse Folk) Its tenets are belief in the Æsir and Vanir; the exchange of gifts with the Gods and one's kinfolk, and living one's life in accordance with Nine Virtues of Asatru. The Havamal, also referred to as "The Words of Odin", has several translations, and are words of wisdom, to help guide one in their daily life. Asatru has no ties to any Judeo-Christian religion, nor is it a part of any New Age or "neo-Pagan" belief system, including Wicca.
