No. If they don't specifically test you for STDs then they can't tell if you have them or not. You have to specifically be tested for STDs.

it depends uopn the tests the doctor is going to do for the urine is it only pregncy test or urine analysis or cultur and senstivty ,Chlamydia ,Trichomoniasis or screen for abusive drugs etc....

No but if it is discovered you are pregnant then they will test for stds.
