While on the low side that is an excellent reading.
Do you take meds for your BP? Are you getting dizzy? If not do not worry about it...
If you are getting dizzy or light headed then go see your doctor.

I think when my asthma attack had me in the hospital that my b.p. was way below as well as other numbers being off. My b.p. is usually on the normal or low end of normal...
I think my mother's went down low too...
This has a list of reasons for low b.p. :
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/print/ency/article/003083.htm
I think mine was coming from the shock of the asthma
I think there are more reasons than what are listed for a lower b.p. (like anxiety attack, certain foods or lack of and so on), but I could be wrong. Maybe keep a journal of anything that happened differently than what you normally did yesterday all the way up through the actual taking of the b.p. (include times, positions, etc.) and discuss with doctor or nurse.

The powers that be are now saying 120/80 is to high for a normal BP. As long as you are feeling good, you should be fine. Do you exercise more, or have you lost some weight? This can effect your BP.

If your blood pressure goes below 60, i'd defo see your doctor, cuz thats quite low. 63 is okay, but not any lower i guess. My blood pressure can go to about 63 somtimes, when i'm really settled.

you usually have a high blood pressure and not taking any anti-hypertensive medications. If you are used to a high blood pressure and suddenly your blood pressure dropped, it could mean that you are dehydrated or septic. i dont really know what other signs and symptoms u are complaining. but if you feel unwell, i recommend that you see a doctor. if you don't want to , you can add some more info for me to know what is wrong with u.

it depends, because in general the normal bp is 120/80, but sometimes it still depends on the person. some people have a normal bp that is low (like yours) and some have high bp... but if you do not feel dizzy ar if you do not have nape pain i think you're doing fine.

my blood pressure is always that low...well during my pregnancies anyway when it was taken often. At first people were surprised and then found out it was common for me. Maybe you just run low.

Blood pressure will differ from one person to another person, and it differs from time to time. More information available at http://ailments.in/hypertension.html
