Hot Artichoke and Crab Dip with Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 can diced green chilis
1 cup fresh crab meat, picked thru and shells removed
1 tsp Hot Sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup Best Foods Mayonaise
2 cups shredded Italian blend cheese or good parmesan
1 bag salted bluecorn tortilla chips
Blend the first 8 ingrediants and place in baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes, or until bubbling and slightly golden. Let cool for 10 minutes and serve with chips.

Go to the store and buy a Chocolate Foutaine,a small one. It shouldn't cost that much. Make sure that you can adjust the temperature. Set it up turn the heat off and fill with ranch dressing. Buy some pre-cut veggies or cut your own if you want and have Crudite w/ a ranch fountaine. This should be unusual enough for ya.

PICKLE ROLLS
4 packs budding thin sliced beef
1 8oz bar cream cheese {softened
16 large dill pickle spears
Take 2 slices beef spread cream cheese on top place a spear on slice of beef roll up and slice into bite size pieces
MUSHROOM CAPS
2 packs whole fresh mushrooms, pop off stems and wipe caps off with damp paper towel place on bake sheet
chop stems put in pan with 1/2 cup chopped onions, 1/2 cup chopped celery, and 3 cups chicken broth boil until veggies are tender. while veggies are cooking tear up 1 loaf bread and let dry out, mix broth into bread mix with 2 eggs place a spoon full in each cap bake for 20 minutes at 350 or until golden brown remove from oven, top each one with a 2 inch square of Swiss cheese, return to oven for 4 or 5 minutes or until cheese is melted

You say you want unusual....How about doing something with Spam or baloney. Everyone says they hate "the stuff", but I bet it's from childhood memory. When you cook both these foods, they have a completely different taste.

Try fresh strawberries dipped in sour cream and brown sugar. I know it sounds wierd, but it's really good. It's kind of like a strawberry cheesecake, but not really if that makes sense.
