What is a simple, yet yummy Easter dinner to prepare? And please no ham reciepes, I'm Jewish, but making an Easter dinner for my friends on Sunday.

beef tenderloin. you can roast it in the oven in about 25-30 minutes. Trim the fat, coat it with some salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme and roast it at 500 degrees.

I'm making a standing rib roast instead of ham this year. I got the recipe from our local grocery store.. Publix. It was very easy to make. It's a little pricy, but it was awesome. I'm sure you can get the recipe on their website.

Grilled salmon, cheese souffle, grilled asparagus. Strawberry shortcake for dessert. Or lemon cake.
Grill salmon indoors or out. Very easy because visually you can tell it's done when it looses transparency.
Grilled asparagus: Sprinkle with vinegar, (balsamic or apple cider) Olive oil and salt (kosher is ideal) Grill or broil just a few minutes until tender.

How about brisket? twiced baked potatoes ( you can buy them done in alot of the grocery store deli depts. just call ahead) angel food cake with fresh berries, or key lime pie? Enjoy your day! Mair
