You can call yourself whatever you'd like...but sticking a bunch of feathers up your butt does not make you a chicken.

Abstaining from meat on certain days does not make you a vegetarian. So no.

You are not a vegetarian. Just because you dont have meat some days doesnt make you anything close to a vegetarian. Sorry. Being a vegetarian means committing yourself to NEVER having meat or to be a Vegan, absolutely no meat or dairy.

A Vegetarian never eats meat.. if U don't eat meat very much U could call yourself a temporary vegetarian or a semi-vegetarian, but remember you're not Vegetarian if U eat meat at all.. that includes fish or poultry too!

Sister M, unfortunately if you are going to cook yourself a nice NY sirloin for tomorrows lunch/dinner you are not a vegetarian.

Your avatar leaves me with the question, how do you chew without your teeth? I think you said earlier that you lost them or they were stolen? Have they been found?

At times I call myself brilliant, at other times I am an idiot.
Sometimes I am energetic, others I am a lazy butt.
I have been called teacher, but I am still learning.
Why not call yourself vegetarian one day, and meat eater the next?

It is a label, meaning nothing more then the meaning you as an individual puts into it, although society as a whole also has a defintion, which you do not fit.

I love the "I am having a vegetarian day" quote. Thanks for that one Cristy

Here's hoping you have more vegetarian days.

You're not a vegetarian, but you can call it having a 'vegetarian day' or following a 'vegetarian diet' for a day. Being a vegetarian is more of a life-long commitment.

It's pretty common for people to switch for a vegetarian diet for a few days for help with meditation, detoxing, or to prepare for a fast -- or just as a matter of health to make sure they are eating an overall balanced diet.

No--you are not a vegetarian--but you are trying to incorporate a vegetarian lifestyle by trying to avoid meat on certain days--it's a good first step--but if you still eat meat--you are not really a vegetarian...
