If you had Irritable bowel syndrome, it would mean you have a spastic colon. If the colon is hyper, then the little cilia fingers inside will send the food out the rectum without holding onto the nutrients. The fact that your blood lab numbers look good means you didn't develop any complications associated with IBS like malnutrition. I hope that helps.
