Nothing happens to thought - just enjoy thought - there is no realization of truth - you are turth - You seem to be struggling with waking up - there is no problem with that, is there? Is there a problem when waking in your manifested experience? If there is, coffee works well and it is all natural. Not great for the body though...

The truth is beyond thought. Thought only happens during or after the realisation. Thought is second hand information. Thoughts come and go. Thoughts come and go. Thoughts come and go. Thoughts come and go. Thoughts try and put truth into words. The danger of this is that what is thought of as the truth by some is limited to words and is not the truth. An answer to your question is that thoughts about truth are sometimes by the uninitiated are thought to be the truth.

Would this excerpt from one of my books do?

God's Ancestors; by Wayne & Carolyn Thornton The Eye Transmitter; Chapter 21

Natalie: "Well, darling, we women have always been able to transmit messages from our brain through our eyes. Specifically, we have always been able to look at a man, and, send a message to him that we "think he is cute", so to say."

God: "When we first met, you sent me that message. But, I thought it was by mental telepathy or thought waves."

Natalie: "That's it, darling."

God: "What's it?"

Natalie: "Thought waves; they tie it all together. Everything we have been studying and presenting today relates to thought waves."

Jesus: "Sure, I get it. I am not a scientist, however I have studied the eye, and, I just realized that the eye has all of the equipment to become both a camera and a TV transmitter. And, best of all, .... (pause) "

Natalie sensed Jesus' reluctance to continue due to his humility and slight embarrassment in regards to himself; a non-scientist speaking up about a scientific matter.

Natalie excitedly said, "Continue, darling. We are all ears."
Jesus: "Well?" Then Jesus again burst with excitement and said, "Best of all, the parts of the eye do not need to be connected."

God said, "Not connected?"

Jesus: "That's right, Father. Thought waves use the space time continuum. They require no connective conduits or attachment to travel vast distances."

Natalie: "And, they travel at a speed beyond our ability to measure."

Jesus, eagerly, before he lost his confidence, hurriedly said,
"No connection problem. No attachment problem. No hardware problem. No mutation is necessary. It will strictly be a matter of building encoders, here on Planet Big H, that can delineate, read, and convert thought waves to audio visuals."

God said, "Wow!"

Natalie said, "These "Thought Wave Encoders" will provide us the reconstruction formulas for all new humans. They will also provide an excellent record of each new human's conduct of Planet Earth."

True peace comes from a silent, controlled mind. Upon realisation of the truth grasping at mental formations should cease.

Then that thought is carried out into expression. Expression of thought carried out through an emotion, physical contact, an idea made tangible, verbalization, growth of awareness / knowledge etc.

trivial thoughts?
it is a never ending disease - LIFE - each day every day remains dormant, as i get older i realise that we exist to consume and be consumed. We are ants, scuttling around, existing in a world created by governments, corporations, financial institutions and religions.

God created with thought, and that is the truth. Anything created by God's thoughts are true and truth, such as our souls.
